Whether you are a master griller or just starting out, Mike's Vertical Grill is for you! The secret to this amazing cooking device is it's vertical heating element. Food is placed in a custom grilling basket, which hangs between two charcoal heating columns. This enables your food to be cooked on both sides simultaneously and in half the time of conventional grilling!
 
As your food cooks, any grease drippings fall into a water basin as the bottom of the grill - virtually eliminating "flare-ups" and excess smoke altogether! Mike's Vertical Grill also has a standard grilling surface at the top, which is ideal for cooking mixed vegetables, corn on the cob, and even toasting buns!

  1. I have never seen the verticle grill before and it looks pretty good. I love the size as it would be easy for me to put it into our van and take it with us on our outings. I love how it cooks hamburger and fish and it does it pretty fast. I never can get hamburger or fish to turn out right on our regular grill. I love how it cooks both sides of your food at the same time. This is the perfect little grill for anyone to own.

  10. At their website, I learned that meats cook at about half the time and there is rarely ever any smoke. I think this grill would be perfect for quick meals with lots of grilled flavor.

  12. I learned that with Mike's Vertical Grill a whole chicken can be cooked in 25-35 minutes. Hamburgers take only 4 to 6 minutes. And a London broil, a inch and a half thick, is perfectly grilled in just 6 to 8 minutes!
