Week 5 - P90X3 - Day 29 - Eccentric Upper

So today was the start of Week 5 of P90X3 and the start of the good stuff for me!  Weights, weights, weights!!! 

Today was arm day.  I liked most of it.  I cannot for the life of me do military pushups or plyo ones!  But I rocked the workout anyways.  I get to do this twice a week.  Tomorrow is leg day (probably with weights).  I do that one also twice a week with Yoga on Wednesday and MMX on Saturday which I think is boxing.  Loving this Phase for sure.
